Terms of Service.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 302.sh (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

302.sh is a link-shortening and redirect service. We provide tools to create short URLs, manage redirects, and view basic analytics. Features and quotas may vary by plan, as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Content and Conduct

302.sh exists to make links shorter, not to hide what they point to. You must not use the Service to disguise, cloak, or misrepresent a link’s true destination. In particular, you agree not to create, edit, or import links that point to — or that route any visitor segment to — any of the following:

  • Phishing or credential harvesting — fake login pages, brand impersonation, or any page designed to trick visitors into revealing passwords, payment details, or personal information
  • Malware — viruses, trojans, spyware, malicious downloads, or software installed without informed consent
  • Scams and deceptive practices — fraud, fake giveaways, tech-support scams, counterfeit storefronts, or social-engineering schemes
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or link-scheme abuse
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Child sexual abuse material or any other content that is illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in
  • Circumventing rate limits, quotas, safety screening, bans, or other security measures — including recreating links or accounts after an enforcement action

These rules apply to every destination a link can resolve to, including device-, geo-, and language-targeted variants, A/B split targets, and destinations changed after the link was created. Pointing an initially clean link at prohibited content later is the same violation as creating it that way.

5. Link Screening and Enforcement

To protect visitors and the integrity of our domains, links are subject to safety screening using automated systems and manual review. By using the Service you consent to this screening.

When we determine, in our sole discretion, that a link or account violates Section 4, we may take any of the following actions, individually or together, with or without prior notice:

  • Show a warning page to visitors before the redirect completes
  • Disable or permanently remove the link
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account, including all links it owns
  • Block related links, destinations, accounts, and network addresses from using the Service
  • Report the activity to hosting providers, browser and search-engine safety programs, and law enforcement where appropriate

We may refuse future service to accounts terminated for violations of Section 4. Billing for a terminated account is governed by Section 6. We are not liable for any loss resulting from links or accounts disabled under this section.

To report a link you believe is abusive, contact support@302.sh. We review reports promptly and act on confirmed abuse.

6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

New subscriptions are covered by the 30-day refund window described on our pricing page. Outside that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund, write to support@302.sh with your reasons — we consider every request on its merits, and grant refunds at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Click analytics are retained for 90 days; older data is removed automatically.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by 302.sh and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as destination URLs), but grant us a limited license to host and serve it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 302.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
